The ODM Carbon Fiber Heat Lamp: Heat, Built for the Kitchen
We didn’t set out to make just another bulb. We built this ODM carbon fiber heat lamp to be the heat source for cooking systems—period. It’s a purpose-built thermal module that slips right into food processing equipment, giving you fast, controllable heat exactly where you need it.
Power and size, without the fuss
At the heart of it is a high-output halogen element. It runs at 2500W, packing serious heat density into a small footprint. The 300mm tube gives you a defined heated zone, so you can focus the thermal energy right on the target. And the 400V rating means it plugs straight into industrial power—no step-down transformers, no extra complication. Just plug it in and get to work.
Why it holds up when the heat is on
The carbon fiber isn’t there for show. It adds rigidity and thermal stability, so the lamp stays solid even in a hot, vibrating machine. The quartz envelope handles the high temperatures without softening, and it’s fully compatible with the halogen element. The R7s connector is a standard, tough interface for this form factor—so swapping it in is straightforward. No fuss, no drama.
What it feels like to use—and the one trade-off
When you’re warming cooking devices, this lamp wakes up fast and holds steady. The response is quick, and the temperature stays consistent, which makes process control a lot smoother. But here’s the thing: 2500W is a lot of heat. That means you need to plan for the thermal load. Make sure the enclosure has proper cooling—good airflow or solid heat sinking—so ambient temperatures stay in check. You get the heat you want; you just need to manage the waste heat. Plan for it, and you’re golden.
