Power, Voltage, and Size—Just How We Like It
We built this lamp to run at 1500W on 220V. That kind of punch, packed into 550mm, gives you heat that’s tight and focused—without tripping your circuit. And the 220V rating? It keeps wiring straightforward on standard industrial lines, and it cuts down on current draw compared to low-voltage options. The 550mm length? We chose it to drop straight into the heating zones you see in profile extrusion and forming gear. No fuss. Just a clean, direct fit.
Built Around Carbon Fiber, Wrapped in Quartz
Inside, a carbon fiber heating element runs through a quartz envelope. The carbon fiber gets you up to temperature fast, and it spreads the heat evenly. The quartz tube takes the thermal shock in stride and keeps the element safe. And the R7s double-ended base? It’s a shop-floor favorite for a reason. It locks in solid, keeps contact stable, and makes swapping lamps quick—no wrestling, no wasted minutes.
Where It Shines—And What to Keep in Mind
This lamp is made for industrial heating where you need serious watt density in a small footprint—plastic profile heating, laminating, process drying. You get response that feels instant and output that stays steady. But here’s the part that matters: 1500W is a lot of energy in a tight space, so the surrounding setup needs breathing room. Give it proper clearance and airflow. If you don’t, both the lamp and its mounting hardware will run hotter than we designed for.
