Half Gold Reflector Carbon Fiber Heating Lamp: Serious Heat, Zero Compromise

We built this lamp for the engineers who know exactly what they need: intense, focused heat that fits into a tight space. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill heater. It’s a precision tool for the moments when you can’t afford to cut corners on power, even when the room is tight.
The Power Behind the Heat
Here’s the thing about this lamp—it’s all about density. We’re talking 2500W of power, running at 400V, all packed into a 300mm tube. That voltage rating is key. It lets you push a lot of current through a short element without needing bulky cables or heavy transformers. And the 300mm length, with its 10mm diameter, gives you a heat profile you can count on. It makes it easy to drop this into existing enclosures or heating tunnels where space is at a premium.
What’s Under the Hood?
Inside that quartz envelope, you’ve got a carbon fiber heating element. It heats up fast and spreads the heat evenly. It’s tough, too—it can handle rapid temperature changes without cracking, which is exactly what you need when your cycles start and stop on a dime. We also fill the lamp with halogen gas. This helps keep the filament from degrading, so the output stays stable over the life of the lamp. Then there’s the half-gold coating. This isn’t just for looks. On the reflector side, it bounces infrared energy forward. The back side is left clear to safely dissipate heat. This keeps stray radiation down, makes your process more repeatable, and protects everything else nearby. For the base, we went with an R7s connector. It’s a standard in the industry, so you can just pop this lamp in and get to work. No hassle.
Where It Shines
This lamp really comes alive on jobs like PET blowing, plastic welding, and packaging sealing. The focused heat pattern gets right to the work surface, fast. That means shorter cycle times, and a workflow that just feels smoother.
One Thing to Keep in Mind
Let’s be real—2500W generates a lot of heat. So, your machine’s cooling system has to be up to the task. It needs to be properly sized to keep things running smoothly and protect the components around it. But when you need serious heat in a small space, and you want an install that’s a no-brainer, this lamp gives you the performance and practicality to get the job done.
