What It’s Made Of

Inside the quartz envelope, carbon fiber filaments respond almost instantly. The lamp heats up quickly and holds steady output even when you’re cycling it on and off. The halogen fill gas is there to protect the filament, which helps the lamp last longer and keeps performance consistent over time. Then there’s the R7s connector. It’s the two-pin end-cap design that’s been proven in the field. It wires up fast, handles high temperatures, and gives you a secure connection—mechanical and electrical—even in tight mounting spots.
