Inside the build

Inside that quartz tube, a carbon fiber filament works alongside halogen gas. The gas helps keep output steady over time and fights the blackening that normally dims performance. A reflective coating on the tube pushes infrared energy forward, so more heat lands on the target instead of warming up the bracket around it. And the R7s connector? It’s a standard, straightforward fit, so wiring is simple and replacement is quick when maintenance day rolls around.

This setup is made for high-heat industrial work—things like PET blowing, plastic preheating, and other stations where you need to ramp up fast and hold steady. It responds quickly, stays under control, and handles repeated heating cycles without getting fragile.
